We recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and honestly it was one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve had. We saw the car advertised, gave them a call and went in to see it — from that first visit to driving off the lot, everything felt easy, transparent and genuinely friendly. Our sales rep, Makram, was fantastic — knowledgeable, patient and never once made us feel pressured. We also had the pleasure of working with “Uncle,” who brought such warmth and old-school hospitality to the process (apologies for not catching everyone’s names, but the entire team was wonderful and helpful). It’s clear why this dealership has been around for 30-40 years — that kind of longevity comes from treating people right. It’s refreshing to find a dealership that still values honesty and old-fashioned customer care. We’re already planning to purchase another vehicle soon and will definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy dealership with a team that actually cares!

I had such a great experience purchasing my car! Makram was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was never pushy, gave us plenty of time to make our decision, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle!

My daughter and I travelled 4 hours to look at a Durango for her. The owners are fantastic. I don’t think I’ve laughed so much buying a vehicle. I decided I would not find a better sales interaction and bought one as well. So we bought 2 matching red Durangos. They could not do enough to help with the sale. Even offered to have an oil change done for the 4 hour drive back. The lot is full of vehicles. I’m sure if you’re looking, they have it.

I had the most amazing experience with #9 Auto Sales. I purchased my first vehicle with them and they made the process so smooth and simple from start to finish. They were also extremely quick and only took 2 days to finalize everything for me. I am beyond happy with my new car and cannot thank them enough. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Best service ever!

I recently purchased my 2025 Hyundai Venue from this small independent dealership. Kudos to Makram and the team at #9 Auto Sales for an easy, efficient, and no-pressure buying experience! The pricing was fair and transparent, and the vehicle was in fantastic condition overall. Service was personalized and attentive throughout: Makram was patient with my questions and answered them all promptly. Would absolutely recommend.

My parents bought a car from them and they shared the best experience. Awesome customer service, so helpful and very nice people. They decorated the car for my parents on my request which I found was very sweet of them to take into consideration, and take an next step to certify customer. Highly recommend the dealership

We had a great experience buying a used car here. Makram was very kind and professional. He gave us the car fax before we made our decision. Even is paying to have the AC fixed in the car along with the safety. A pleasure to deal with you Makram!

I found a great car at a great price here. There service was extremely friendly, and I was even given a further discount without asking, plus new tires and a promise to fix anything should there be any problems. A couple weeks later I received a third key by Purolater. Above and beyond.
